Graphene SIG

The Graphene SIG has been established to provide: Further information on the SIG can be found here

  • Leadership and a focal point for the exploitation of graphene by UK industry
  • A concerted resource to help connect and align the developing UK graphene value chain

Launched  in January 2014, the Graphene SIG will evolve to bring together participants in a range of graphene based activities. The Graphene SIG will organise events and activities which aim to build an active community to help drive graphene innovation in the UK. Our initial activity will focus on supporting the TSB funding competition for feasibility studies: “Realising the graphene revolution”. We will organise consortium building workshops and will support potential competition applicants in forming consortia and developing their proposals.

Members of the Graphene SIG will have the opportunity to inform, influence and leverage public funding for graphene enabled innovation. Membership of the Graphene SIG is open to everyone interested in contributing to the realisation of graphene applications.

The Graphene SIG is funded by the UK’s Technology Strategy Board and operated by the UK Knowledge Transfer Network. Find out more here.
