Funding and Support from STFC to drive growth in Automotive and Aerospace Industries

This free event is promoting an £8M funding programme, part of the Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund, that gives companies free or subsidised access to STFC’s world class facilities and scientific expertise to enable them to overcome manufacturing or product/​service development problems. More information can be found here. As part of the programme we are planning an Auto/​Aero Sector event at The Royal College of Physicians on February 28^th, 2019.

The agenda will include:

• Information about the funding programme and the benefits it can bring to auto/​aero businesses
• Facilities and capabilities available at STFC to support companies
• Forum for companies to discuss current innovation challenges directly with technical experts

The event will also bring together a number of key speakers who will provide their visions for the future of this sector. These include:
